If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us at
todayboyhelps@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving your product and we'll issue a full refund upon receiving the items.

CANCELLATION

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. After the order being cancelled you will get full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

RETURNS PROCESS

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return merchandise purchased on https://todayboy.shop/ , please follow the steps below:

Email us your return request at todayboyhelps@gmail.com indicating the order number, which items you want to return and the reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • If you are interested in exchanging for a different product, please indicate the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange (links or pictures). We will reply to acknowledge the availability of the new items you wish to order.
  • Pack your return merchandise securely (in the original packaging if possible) and include a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Write the Order Number on the front of the box/package so that it is easily visible.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only, or to be Exchanged for a different item (upon availability).

Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.

Exchanges for different products are acceptable and the difference would be applied to your credit (when exchanging for a lower value item) or invoiced to you (when exchanging for a higher value item)  via email to be paid before shipping the new product to you. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit coupon will be send via email within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at todayboyhelps@gmail.com

Refunds to your credit card or original method of payment, applies for damage/defective items only.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Any handcrafted/artisan-made product that is returned for having minimal cosmetic imperfections that do not compromise its functionality and durability. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at todayboyhelps@gmail.com.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

  • Please make sure the return goods under good condition and with original products and accessories with no need of any notes. 
  1. Please kindly provide us with what express you choose and the return tracking number once available. You may send them to todayboyhelps@gmail.com. 
  • If the product has no quality problems. The return shipping cost to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer. 

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

 All merchandise purchased at 5% discount or greater discount than the original price is final sale.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

All merchandise purchased for less than 15% off the original price may be returned for an exchange.  

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

To return your product, please first contact us first at todayboyhelps@gmail.com to receive instructions to ship your package.

Return labels are available per request. You can save time and get better shipping rates by using our prepaid labels.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return label cost will be deducted from your refund/credit.

Exceptions may apply for damage items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You may opt to use an insured delivery service, however, https://todayboy.shop/  cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit.
